What Color is in Your Future? By Tim Hodson

As autumn approaches, and the leaves on the trees begin to change colors, it’s hard to believe that it’s already time to start thinking about the colors for next spring.

Earlier this month, the color gurus at Pantone released their “Fashion Color Report for Spring 2013.” Pantone says their 2013 selections “overwhelmingly address consumers’ desire for self-expression, balance and the need to re-energize.”

The hot fashion colors for women for next spring will be (drum roll please):

Tender Shoots – Pantone 14-0446
Grayed Jade – Pantone 14-6011
Emerald – Pantone 17-5641
African Violet – Pantone 16-3520

Nectarine – Pantone 16-1360

What do you think of these colors? Do you like them? Hate them? How well do you think they will translate to our industry?
