When his father was struck by illness, Don took over a multi-million-dollar company at the age of 17, which enabled his father to retire.
Since then, has grown the family business from one location to three and increased the workforce from 25 to 100 — “a team of hardworking, respectful people with whom I have a long and valuable relationship.”

Favorite Food: All different kinds of sushi.

Take the Cannoli: His favorite movie is “The Godfather” because it reminds him of his childhood growing up in an Italian household. “Also, the way he runs his crime organization parallels to running a business, so it is somewhat inspiring and entertaining at the same time.”
