At the age of 22, successfully launched a rose nursery and in the first year grew maintenance clientele 30 percent; implemented new, sustainable financial and business models; relocated 3,000 rose bushes and the store, greenhouses, etc. during the heat of summer. Launched in-house, custom-made app to decrease paper trail and increase communication between customers, staff, field technicians and the nursery inventory.
