Created and established a forecasting and inventory system that reduced end-of-season surplus by approximately 20 percent. Worked with Foertmeyer & Sons’ environmental control company to develop a unique irrigation boom system that is being tweaked and tested at company’s facility and is on track to be sold to the public later this year.

Off the Clock: Matt enjoys photography and videography. “I bought my first video camera in high school and have been spending way more on equipment than I should ever since.”

Favorite Flicks: “Wall-E” and “Despicable Me.” “We have a 6-year-old and 2-year- old, I don’t get to branch out from their genres very often.”
