Responsible for implementing new shipping system that helped reduce typical spring work week for employees from 60+ hours to 45-50 hours. Started separate trucking company with brother-in-law that helped lower greenhouse’s overall shipping costs and liability. Trucking company hauls outside freight during slow periods and picks up empty trailers on one-way freight deliveries.

Two Different Tracks: In high school Michael high jumped 6 feet 8 inches. He is also a former two-time national race car champion.

Brotherly Love: Michael really enjoys being able to work with his three brothers in the company’s day-to-day operations. “The four of us have a great working relationship running different areas of the business.”
