- Responsible for managing the ornamental ipomoea breeding program for Craig Yencho at North Carolina State University. Has worked with a NCSU team to release several new ornamental sweet potato cultivars.

Dominic helped renovate a 110-year-old house in Massachusetts that used to be the headquarters of the local milk delivery service.
