• Launched garden center’s e-commerce business in 2017, which has grown by multiples year by year and “kept the company humming during the onset of the pandemic.”
• Responsible for launching a new point-of-sale system and customer service system to improve the retail customer experience.

Dedicated Family: He is the fourth generation of his family to help run Chalet and earned his MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management while working.

Above the Rim: Lawson has been playing basketball for years and can dunk. In high school, he played with Michael Jordan’s sons and was “right next to them on the top ‘vertical leap’ chart in the weight room.”
