Bailey Announces Personnel Promotions

Following the January announcement of Bailey’s executive team promotions, additional roles in the company have now been filled with internal candidates. Jason Bizon now serves as West Coast general manager, Ryan McEnaney as marketing & communications manager, Tiffany Nohl as inside sales manager, and Lisa Swast as brand and licensing sales representative.

“After a series of retirements and promotions in recent months, we have been able to engage some of our  next generation of leaders at Bailey and give them the opportunity to take on more responsibility,” said Bailey CEO Terri McEnaney. “Finding the best-fit candidate internally is exciting, and we are thrilled that  these talented employees have stepped up to the challenge.”

Ryan McEnaney has over a decade of marketing and communications experience across various industries. He has worked as Bailey’s public relations & communications specialist for the last seven years, supporting the company’s trade and consumer outreach.

“Ryan has always approached his job with incredible  enthusiasm, energy, and passion,” said Chief Marketing & Product Development Officer Alec Charais. “We  know this same level of dedication and commitment will be applied in his new position as one of the leaders  of our marketing function.”

Jason Bizon has a wide range of experience in horticultural production, shipping, and sales management,  including as national sales manager at Carlton Plants and most recently as western region sales manager at Bailey. Chief Operations Officer Shane Brockshus adds that “in addition to his well-rounded background, Jason brings a strategic view, business acumen, and a focus on culture, teamwork, and communication that  will serve him and the nursery well in his new position.”

Jason will now oversee all operations at Bailey’s West Coast facilities in Washington and Oregon.

Tiffany Nohl joined Bailey in 2011 and has worked in inside sales and as the licensing representative for Bailey’s consumer brands.

“Tiffany’s passion, tenacity, and commitment to doing what’s right by the  company and our customers is remarkable,” said Chief Sales Officer Marc McCormack. “During her tenure,  Tiffany has been instrumental in growing our brands, sales training programs, and streamlined processes  throughout the organization. This is a natural next step that she has earned through her tireless efforts over the last 10 years.”

Lisa Swast has now taken on the responsibilities of the brand and licensing Sales representative position, supporting Bailey’s consumer brands’ network of growers around the world. She joined the Bailey team in  2017 as an inside sales representative and “has proven her attention to detail, flexibility, and  resourcefulness is a perfect fit for this position,” said Nohl. “Lisa will be a fantastic support for Bailey  customers and internal teams as our consumer brands continue showing significant growth.”

All positions are effective immediately. Jason will be located at Bailey’s Dayton, Oregon facility and all others at Bailey’s Main Office in St. Paul, Minnesota.
