BioSafe Systems has introduced its SynQ line of microbial consortia, developed in partnership with LIVENTIA, to complement the company’s peroxyacetic acid (PAA) products used in greenhouse, nursery and hydroponic production.

The new lineup includes RadiSynQ, VivaSynQ and ClariSynQ. According to the company, the products are designed to work alongside PAA solutions by supporting root-zone biology while PAA products help suppress pathogens and maintain irrigation systems. BioSafe Systems said the combined approach is intended to improve nutrient uptake, water clarity and growing conditions that support plant resilience.

“Growers rely on BioSafe Systems PAA products for effective, residue-free crop production,” Jeff Kline, vice president of sales at BioSafe Systems, said. “The SynQ microbial consortia build directly on that foundation.”

The products are intended for greenhouse, nursery and hydroponic operations where root quality and irrigation reliability can affect crop quality and labor requirements. BioSafe Systems said the SynQ products complement its existing cleaners, sanitizers and crop protection products as part of an integrated production program.

BioSafe Systems officially introduced the SynQ line during Cultivate’26, where attendees reviewed application guidance and discussed product integration with the company’s technical team.
