BioWorks Announces Two Acquisitions
BioWorks has acquired certain assets of AGA (A Growing Alternative) and specific product registration assets from H&I Agritech to continue its growth strategies to better serve customers and support its core purpose of “growing the BioWorks team, serving others and saving the earth.”
The acquisitions have allowed BioWorks to enrich the products, services and support they offer customers in all the markets they serve.
The company continues to actively search for acquisitions and partnerships that will allow them to help their customers succeed in all aspects of their operations.
