Most recently, Hubbard coordinated research and technical support for G.S. Long Co. in Yakima, Washington, as well as design and implementation of plant growth regulator trials at Oregon State University.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in production horticulture from the University of Illinois and a master’s degree in plant pathology from Oregon State University. Hubbard is continuing to pursue a Ph.D. in Pomology at Oregon State University.
