PVG Names New Customer Relations Supervisor
Windy Carnes has been hired as the new customer relations supervisor at Pleasant View Gardens (PVG).
With more than a decade of customer service experience, Carnes brings with her a great understanding of how to make customers happy and more successful.
As PVG’s customer relations supervisor, her responsibilities include developing the customer relations team into a motivated unit that provides PVG’s customers with the highest level of customer satisfaction possible.
She will also be responsible for supervising and training new staff, ensuring accurate input of all product and pricing data, and developing methods and programs to facilitate positive customer outcomes.

Carne’s has a decade of customer series experience, starting as the customer care supervisor at MetroCast Communications. Most recently, Carnes worked for Unitil, a New England-based power company, as its customer care supervisor responsible for developing and managing staff in the company’s inbound call center.
Carne’s earned her bachelor’s degree in general studies with a concentration in business from South New Hampshire University.
