SEPRO Land expands ornamental crop protection portfolio with two new products

SEPRO Land announced the launch of Barracuda Insecticide/Miticide and BattleLine Fungicide, two ornamental crop protection products for greenhouse and nursery growers. Both products will be available through authorized distributors beginning in October 2026.

Barracuda combines two active ingredients to provide broad-spectrum control of mites and common greenhouse and nursery insect pests. According to the company, the product offers dual modes of action, translaminar activity and residual control while supporting resistance management programs. Barracuda is labeled to control spider mites, broad mites, cyclamen mites, rust mites, thrips, aphids, whiteflies and leafminers.

BattleLine provides disease control through locally systemic and contact activity for foliar and root diseases. The fungicide can be applied as a foliar spray, soil drench, cutting soak or through chemigation, allowing it to fit a range of ornamental production systems.

“We know growers are looking for products that work, fit into their production programs and deliver consistent results,” Casey Zeller, director of turf, lawn and ornamental at SEPRO Land, said.

Dennis Bunkley, ornamental sales manager at SEPRO Land, said the products provide growers with additional options to build pest and disease management programs that fit their operations.
