Walters Gardens Launches Online Ordering System

For the first time in the company’s 63-year history, Walters Gardens now offers online ordering. Customers can place perennial orders 24 hours a day, seven days a week on the newly redesigned Walter’s Gardens website. The site also displays live availability numbers for each of the more than 1,000 varieties offered.
There are three different ways to place online orders. Customers who know exactly what they want to purchase can use the quick form to order by item number. For those who prefer to browse the selection of perennials first, they can scroll through the perennial encyclopedia and add items to their cart that way. There’s also a wish list feature that can later be turned into an online order.
Registered customers will find their website login printed on the back of their catalog, and they can use this information to log in directly to the site. Customers who do not yet have a login and password can register online or contact Barb Balgoyen, technical customer service representative, at (888) WALTERS.
