Crassula muscosa

This decorative succulent has erect stems composed of fleshy, square bright-green leaves that are tightly overlapping, stacked and completely hide the stems. Dense, bushy,  and compact habit that is low maintenance for texture in mixed planting, small-scale ground cover or rock garden in Zones 9 to 11.
