John Henry and Allrecipes.com Team Up
John Henry Co. and AllRecipes.com are teaming up to launch a program that pairs plant identification tags for herbs, vegetables and fruits with related online recipes.
The program aims not only to provide shoppers with meal ideas, but the tags also include a link to AllRecipes.com’s Grow-It Cook-It section, where gardeners/cooks can find edible gardening tips with the goal to provide inspiration for first-time gardeners.
The program currently features more than 175 recipes and is also compatible with AllRecipes.com’s Dinner Spinner iPhone app.
