AgroPlantae has acquired the crop technologies product portfolio of Kemin Industries, adding a range of botanical-based biopesticides, plant nutrition and soil health products to its offerings.

The acquisition includes products such as TetraCURB MAX, AlliCURB MAX, PathoCURB, RevoCURB, Romivex DIP, OmniCURB, Valena and Valena FLOW, which are used in specialty crops and greenhouse production. AgroPlantae said the products will be integrated into its existing portfolio while maintaining current formulations, manufacturing processes and regulatory approvals.

As part of the transition, Kemin Crop Technologies’ sales managers will join AgroPlantae and continue serving customers in their current territories. Both companies said they will work together to maintain supply continuity and customer support.

Angelo Paolucci, AgroPlantae president and CEO, said the addition strengthens the company’s product lineup focused on plant health and soil performance.

Dr. Chris Nelson, president and CEO of Kemin Industries, said AgroPlantae is positioned to continue development of biological crop protection and plant growth technologies.

AgroPlantae, founded in 2009, develops plant nutrition and soil health products aimed at addressing environmental and crop stress challenges. The acquisition expands its presence in biological and specialty crop inputs.
