AmericanHort announced it will hold its 2026 Plug & Cutting Conference Sept. 14-16 in Philadelphia.

The biennial event will feature education sessions on crop management, plant health, applied research, business operations and emerging technologies related to young plant production. The program includes peer-led discussions and grower panels focused on practical applications.

A Spanish-language education track will be offered, along with on-demand access to session content for registrants.

Ken Fisher, president and CEO of AmericanHort, said the event provides an opportunity for growers to connect and learn about new production technologies.

An optional production tour will include stops at Lucas Greenhouses in Monroe, New Jersey; North Creek Nurseries in Landenberg, Pennsylvania; and Star Roses & Plants in West Grove, Pennsylvania. The tour will conclude with a visit to Longwood Gardens in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania. The tour is available for an additional fee.

The conference will also include a trade show featuring products, technologies and services for plug and cutting producers.

Registration is open, with discounted hotel rates available through Aug. 24. To learn more or register, visit americanhort.org/plug.
