Arett Sales’ Open House to Feature Industry LeadersSource: Arett Sales

Arett Sales’ 2009 open house, which will take place Sept. 9 to 11 in the Altantic City Convention Center, will include two seminars featuring three industry experts. Renowned garden consultant Ian Baldwin will present “Making Money as America Returns to Gardening” at 11:30 a.m. Sept. 9. The next day, Jim Hagedorn and Mark Baker of Scotts Miracle-Gro will deliver a keynote address, “Breakfast With the Experts: The Secrets of Marketing Success” at 8 a.m. The two will cover some of the major issues facing the industry and independent garden retailers today.

The open house will feature more than 400 booths and thousands of new items for spring 2010. Arett also will host its third annual golf outing at the Atlantic City Country Club as well as a dinner and concert at the House of Blues featuring The Don’t Call Me Francis Band.

The open house is not open to the general public, but admission is free to retailers. For more information, visit Arett’s website and click “Events.”
