Armstrong Growers has added Arianne Spittler to its sales team in the newly created role of sales representative for the grocery segment. The company said the position was established to strengthen support for grocery retailers purchasing ornamental and floral products.

focus on serving existing accounts as well as developing new partnerships. The company noted that the grocery segment represents an expanding opportunity for greenhouse and nursery producers as more retailers broaden their live plant offerings.
She made her first appearance in the role at the Global Produce & Floral Show in Anaheim.

Armstrong Growers is an employee-owned wholesale operation that supplies independent garden centers, grocery and hardware stores, resorts, commercial properties and landscape maintenance companies across the West Coast. The company offers a range of ornamental plants intended for retail and landscape use.
