Hortica Announces Changes to Board of Directors
Hortica Insurance & Employee Benefits announced changes to its Board of Directors at the Feb. 21-22 Hortica Board meeting.
Board chairman Jim Leider announced his retirement effective Feb. 21, 2012. The Board elected Cornelis Boonman as the new chairman and Randy Tagawa to the position of vice chairman. Boonman is president of Ball Seed, and Tagawa is CEO of Tagawa Greenhouse Enterprises in Brighton, Colo.
Also announced at the Hortica Board meeting, Lindley Mann retired from Hortica’s Board after 36 years of service, and John Smith, Jr. retired after serving six years.
FormFlex The Netherlands Moves to Wateringen
As of March 28, 2011, FormFlex’s head office will be located in Wateringen, The Netherlands. With the recent merge between FormFlex and Metazet, this would be the next logical step in moving forward. A new building adjacent to the existing premises of Metazet will also be occupied by Metazet as well as FormFlex personnel.
The new address is: De Lierseweg 6, 2291 PD Wateringen. All other contact information for FormFlex The Netherlands will remain the same. The new building, commissioned by LG van Adrichem Beheer bv, will be officially opened later this year.
