Greenhouse manufacturing expands with Atlas Greenhouse’s acquisition of Stuppy Greenhouses

Atlas Greenhouse has acquired Stuppy Greenhouses, combining two long-standing suppliers serving commercial greenhouse growers and horticulture operations.

Atlas Greenhouse, based in Georgia, manufactures greenhouse structures and growing systems for commercial producers. Stuppy Greenhouses, headquartered in Kansas City, Missouri, has been a supplier of greenhouse structures, environmental controls and production systems for more than a century.

For greenhouse growers, the acquisition signals potential consolidation in the greenhouse manufacturing sector, which could affect product availability, service networks and project support. Both companies have served a wide range of growers, including ornamental, vegetable and research operations.

The combined organization is expected to expand geographic reach and strengthen service capabilities across North America, though specific operational changes have not been outlined.
