BASF appoints new Western turf and ornamentals sales rep
BASF has appointed Marcos Heras as turf and ornamentals sales representative for its Western region, where he will oversee sales activities for turf and ornamental products in Arizona and New Mexico.

Heras is a graduate of the University of Arizona and holds a Pest Control Adviser (PCA) license. He joins BASF from the distribution sector, where he worked with customers in multiple roles.
In his new position, Heras will support customers across Arizona and New Mexico and focus on sales of BASF turf and ornamental products. According to the company, his responsibilities include supporting industry customers and helping create long-term value through product and service solutions.
“I am extremely excited to welcome Marcos to the BASF turf and ornamentals team in the West,” Brett Garrard, BASF Western region sales manager, said. “I am confident that Marcos will be a tremendous addition to our team, bringing vast industry knowledge and a genuine desire to serve and find solutions for his customers.”
BASF said Heras brings industry experience and customer support expertise gained through his previous distribution roles. The company expects him to use that experience to support customers and industry partners throughout his territory.
