Cornell University’s annual Floriculture Field Day will focus on new trends and thinking outside the box to help greenhouse growers, retailers and landscapers attract more business.

Cornell University’s annual Floriculture Field Day will focus on new trends and thinking outside the box to help greenhouse growers, retailers and landscapers attract more business. The 2014 event will take place Tuesday, Aug. 5 at Cornell in Ithaca, N.Y. During the 2014 Field Day, attendees will also have the opportunity to learn about urban vegetable production, the latest garden center retail trends and some of the newest ornamental seed varieties. There also will be a presentation on benchmarking your business for a more profitable future. Tours are available at Cornell’s Bluegrass Lane annual and perennial trials facility.
