Cultivate’16 will take placeJuly 9-12 in Columbus, Ohio.

On July 10, Jeremy Kingsley, best-selling author and speaker, will present “Inspired People Produce Results.” Kingsley asserts that people are your number one asset. The quality of your relationship with people – called “relational equity” – will spell the difference between success and failure.

Kingsley will explain the essential principles and skills for effective leadership, including patience, loyalty, personal attention, integrity, and how to inspire others.

This will be a fast-paced collection of “how to” success principles for business leaders based on a single, vital premise: your success as a leader hinges on your ability to inspire.

On July 11, author and strategic consultant Scott Steinberg will share “Leading with Innovation: How to Future-Proof Yourself, Fearlessly Innovate, and Succeed in the New Normal.” Even the most successful organizations must continually reinvent their products, processes, and enterprises to remain market leaders in an age of growing change, connectivity, and globalization.

Steinberg will share how to thrive in the new operating reality, create competitive advantage, and successfully leverage new leadership strategies to adapt to changing times. From more powerful ways to unleash innovation to solutions for better capitalizing on cutting-edge advancements, discover how you and your organization can flourish in tomorrow’s world – and effectively apply its most crucial success strategies and skills in context.
