Bloomin’ Easy announced the release of Hydrangea paniculata ‘Dragon Baby’, which won the Retailer’s Choice Award Bloomin’ Easy at the 2023 Farwest trade show hosted August 23-25 in Portland, Oregon, by the Oregon Association of Nurseries.
