Four Star Greenhouse Releases 2021 Plants & Programs Guide

New varieties are here! You can now see Proven Winners’ new varieties in Four Star Greenhouse’s 2021 Plants & Programs guide. In it, you’ll find must-have annuals like ‘Luscious Royale Red Zone’ lantana and an improved best seller ‘Supertunia Royal Velvet’ petunia.

“‘Luscious Royale Red Zone may be the most exciting addition to date in our subseries of grower-friendly lantana. This butterfly magnet has the largest flowers in its class, and its Royale designation means its been selected for branching and small pot performance, so we’re predicting high sell-through at retail,” says Josh Miller, new product development manager.

“It’s not that often that an improved variety makes our list of must-haves, but feedback from our grower customers forced us into action for this iconic plant,” Miller adds. “As one of our most important varieties, ‘Supertunia Royal Velvet’ will now give growers a better habit and an early spring greenhouse performance. And consumers will see healthier looking foliage; a stronger, more weatherproof flower; and a slightly richer color that truly lives up to the Royal Velvet name.”
