The Women in Horticulture keynote speaker, Marlene Eick, will share lessons learned from taking on ambitious endeavors with her friend Susan. Through these tales, we will examine how we show up for people — our co-workers and industry peers, our family, and our communities. Using the framework of leadership expert John Maxwell’s Five Levels of Leadership, Marlene outlines the foundational work of relationships and results as we grow in our influence on other people and situations. You will leave with a better sense of how you can expand your relationships with others, while also building authenticity, influence, and leadership skills.
