Gibraltar Acquires Thermo Energy Systems

Gibraltar Industries, Inc., a leading provider in North America of  commercial greenhouse growing products and services, announced it has acquired the assets of Canadian-based Thermo Energy Systems, a privately held provider of commercial greenhouse solutions in North America supporting the biologically grown organic food market, in an all cash transaction.

Gibraltar is the parent company of Nexus Corp., RBI Solar and Rough Brothers Manufacturing.
