Greenhouse Biological Control Conference to Take Place in Connecticut in June
The University of Connecticut Extension will present a one-day Greenhouse Biological Control Conference on June 19, 2019, at the Jones Auditorium, The Connecticut Agriculture Experiment Station in New Haven, Connecticut.
The speakers featured on the program include:
- Ron Valentin, Bioworks, who will be speaking on “Strategies for Success with Biological Controls: Planning and Forecasting”
- Suzanne Wainwright Evans, Buglady Consulting, who will be speaking on “Proper Identification of Aphids, Thrips & Other Troublesome Pests” and “Grower Case Studies: What’s Working?”
- Steven Arthurs, BioBee USA, who will be speaking on “Supplemental Foods and their Applications”
- Chris Schlegel, DS Cole Growers, who will be speaking on “Biological Controls at DS Cole”
Five pesticide recertification credits will be offered.
