Indoor Ag-Con announces food safety workshops
Indoor Ag-Con, in partnership with Ceres University, will offer two controlled environment agriculture (CEA) Food Safety Workshops on March 10, ahead of its 2025 trade show at the Westgate Las Vegas on March 11-12. These workshops aim to support food safety managers, quality assurance personnel, and executives in updating their safety practices and maintaining HACCP Certification.
The morning session, Internal Review Programs for Food Safety Managers & Quality Assurance Personnel, will cover developing and auditing food safety programs. Attendees can earn three Continuing Education Units (CEUs).
The afternoon session, Executive Level Food Safety, will focus on food safety program management from an executive perspective.
“We’re pleased to offer the CEA Food Safety Workshop as part of our expanding educational line-up,” said Brian Sullivan, CEO of Indoor Ag-Con.
Both workshops are available for $575 each or $995 for both. Registration includes access to the Indoor Ag-Con Expo Hall on March 11-12.
