Nebula Group acquires Delta 9 Grow Pod business
Nebula Group has acquired the Delta 9 Grow Pod business from Delta 9 Biotech, forming a new company, Nebula Grow. The acquisition aims to enhance the company’s presence in the CEA sector, providing advanced cultivation solutions to growers.
Kelsey Friesen, former director of Delta 9 Pods, will lead Nebula Grow as its new director, bringing his expertise to integrate the Grow Pod business with Nebula’s Climate Control Systems division.

The acquisition combines state-of-the-art Grow Pod technology with Nebula’s existing solutions to improve efficiency and productivity in CEA. The company plans to offer adaptable grow pod solutions for vertical farming, urban agriculture, and traditional farming.
Hari Krithivasan, CEO of Nebula Group, emphasized that the acquisition aligns with the company’s strategic vision to drive growth in the CEA space. Nebula Grow’s solutions will focus on environmental control technology, maximizing yield while reducing energy consumption.
