New Postharvest Cut Flower Book Published

The Association of Specialty Cut Flowers has published a new book on postharvest handling of cut flowers for growers, retailers and wholesalers.

The book, “Postharvest Handling of Cut Flowers and Greens,” addresses processes involved in cut flower production and handling.

Detailed information on harvesting and processing, ethylene control and postharvest testing, and forced woody cuts are addressed in the book.

More than 200 genera are covered including annuals, perennials, bulb, woody plants and a wide range of foliage and tropical species.
