Nutrient Monitoring Webinars to be OfferedSource: University of New Hampshire

e-GRO will offer three Internet-based e-Gro Nutrient Monitoring Workshops

e-GRO will offer three Internet-based e-Gro Nutrient Monitoring Workshops.

e-GRO is a collaborative effort of floriculture specialists at the University of New Hampshire, North Carolina State University, Purdue University, Kansas State University and Cornell University.

Led by Brian Krug, Univesity of New Hampshire, and Brian Whipker, North Carolina State University, the workshops will be conducted through three one-hour-long interactive webinars Feb. 5, 12, and 26, 2013 from 12 to 1 p.m. EST.

Participants will become familiar with proper practices of monitoring nutrients, including PourThru monitoring, tracking trends, meter selection and use, interpreting results, recognizing nutrient disorders and injector calibration.

Each participant will need Internet access and a computer to join the webinars. A microphone, speakers and webcam are optional but recommended.
