Hort Couture has announced that Peace Tree Farm, a young plant producer in Kintnersville, Pa., is now offering liners of Hort Couture genetics.

“Peace Tree has been a great supporter of Hort Couture since our inception. By adding them to our network of growers, it will allow us to offer liners that will accommodate growers that are utilizing beneficial insects in their production. They will provide a local option growers in the Mid-Atlantic, and Northeast regions,” said Jim Monroe, Hort Couture’s founder. “Lloyd and Candy Traven and their team bring great energy to our brand. We are very excited to develop synergies between Hort Couture, Raker and Peace Tree.”

Peace Tree Farm also offers finished plants to independent garden centers. Hort Couture liners will be available from Fred Gloeckner Co., McHutchison, Vaughan’s Horticulture, Eason Horticultural Resources and Ball Seed Co.

“Peace Tree Farm is excited to be the first licensed rooting station for Hort Couture Plants, and to work with such an outstanding company as Raker and the network of brokers. The Hort Couture brand is gaining momentum among growers and locally-owned garden centers who recognize the importance of working together though out the supply chain, said Peace Tree Farms owner Lloyd Traven. “Innovative genetics, thorough trialing, and fashion-forward marketing are what make Hort Couture stand apart from other plant brands. Peace Tree Farm employs an elaborate insect and disease management program without the use of chemicals; liners are ready for use in other greenhouses with a beneficial insect program. Peace Tree is committed to building lasting relationships with other growers and locally-owned garden centers to build the Hort Couture community.”
