Penn State To Host Webinar On Reducing Financial Risk In Hemp Production

Penn State Extension will host a webinar, “Reducing Financial Risk in Hemp Production,” on June 29 as part of its hemp webinar series.

Hemp production may fit well into your business model but it is a new crop and poses some challenges to access markets and develop budgets that account for input costs and the uncertainty in prices. The free webinar will share how to add a new crop to their business enterprise while minimizing exposure to risk.

The Hemp Webinar Series will feature Penn State Extension experts discussing timely hemp production and harvesting issues on the second and fourth Monday of each month during the growing season.
