When you plan ahead and take advantage of pre-registration, you get access to advanced hotel booking options at Cultivate’24. Secure your Cultivate registration Feb. 12-23, and be ready to join us in July!
How pre-registration works:
You can register ANY TIME between Feb. 12 at 8 a.m. ET through Feb. 23 at 5 p.m. ET.
Register yourself and/or your team at americanhort.org/cultivate
Check your confirmation email or registration dashboard for your assigned day to select hotel rooms.*
Book your hotel rooms on your assigned date, March 4-8 from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. ET daily, using the link provided in your email or registration dashboard.
If you miss your assigned hotel selection date, you will be able to select rooms after general registration opens March 12 at 11 a.m. ET (subject to availability).
KEY REGISTRATION DATES
Pre-registration | Feb. 12-23
Register to have greatest access to hotel accommodations. You will be assigned a designated day to book your hotel rooms separately from conference registration.
Hotel booking | March 4-8
Those who complete Pre-Registration will receive an email with an assigned day to secure hotel rooms before General Registration Opens*
General registration | March 12
Recommended for those who prefer to register and book hotel room(s) at the same time.
*Hotel booking date assignments are based on membership or exhibitor status.
