Dümmen Orange recently announced that BC Partners, a European private equity firm, has acquired the majority of the shares in the breeding company.

Dümmen Orange recently announced that BC Partners, a European private equity firm, has acquired the majority of the shares in the breeding company.

Final closing of the deal is subject to regulatory approvals and is expected in the coming months. The management will continue in their present role as invested managers.
