Profile Growing Solutions has new global head of hydroponics

Ferdi van Elswijk joins Profile Growing Solutions (PGS) as its global head of hydroponics. Van Elswijk is a critical hire, working closely with Michael Robeson, senior vice president of Profile’s Innovation team, to expand the PGS hydroponics business.

Van Elswijk is a 30-year veteran of the horticulture industry. Prior to joining Profile, van Elswijk spent the last seven years working for Koppert Biological Systems as a key account manager for North America and crop team manager of hydroponic vegetables. He obtained significant operational and grower experience as part of the Prominent Growers Association for 11 years.
