San Jose to Host OFA Plug & Cutting Conference Next MonthSource: OFA - the Association of Horticulture Professionals

The 2011 OFA Plug & Cutting Conference will take place Sept. 12 to 14 at the Doubletree Hotel in San Jose, Calif.

The conference will cover the different aspects of plug and cutting production including: cutting propagation and seed establishment; managing nutrition, water, and media; tracking and manipulating light, temperature, and humidity; disease, insect, and plant growth management; and postharvest holding strategies.

Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in hands-on workshops, see in-person examples on an industry tour, sit in on learning labs with industry experts and spend time with vendors in the sold-out trade show.
