Syngenta Hires Ornamental Territory Manager for California

Syngenta has appointed Mike Treiber as ornamental territory manager for California, effective June 17, 2019.

In this role, Treiber will assist greenhouse and nursery growers with their agronomic planning and offer trusted solutions to help them succeed.

Most recently, he served as director of procurement and product development manager for Color Spot Holdings, Inc. He also has held positions in sales and merchandising for seed and distribution companies.

Treiber received a Bachelor of Science in horticulture from Texas Tech University. He was a member of GPN’s 40 Under 40 Class of 2013.

“Mike joins the Syngenta sales team with a wealth of ornamental business knowledge,” said Dave Ravel, head of sales for Professional Solutions at Syngenta in North America. “His vast experience will allow him to provide exceptional support to our California customers as we continue to introduce new innovations and deliver solutions in collaboration with our channel partners.”
