T.O. Plastics develops POPagation Station Plug Popper
T.O. Plastics, Inc. has developed the POPagation Station Plug Popper, which removes fully rooted plugs from plug trays to minimize damage when transplanting. The patent pending equipment has been designed to meet the manual automation needs of growers.
The POPagation Station Plug Popper is a two-piece system featuring a spring actuated stabilizer frame and base board. The base board is custom built with hardened steel pegs to fit any plug tray and can function as a dibble board for seeding. This portable transplanting equipment requires less force than other plug poppers on the market and can easily go from greenhouse to field.
