Texas Now Accepting Applications For Hemp Licenses

Texas agriculture producers interested in growing hemp may now apply online for a producer license under the Texas Industrial Hemp Program.
The Texas Department of Agriculture’s eApply system is being used to give applicants an opportunity to improve the processing-time of a license application by bypassing the postal service and Comptroller Payment Processing System (Lockbox). eApply also gives applicants the convenience of paying fees via credit/debit card or electronic check.
