Original Dramm employee to retire after 47 years
Theresa Krejcarek, office manager at Dramm, is retiring in May after 47 years with the company. She joined Dramm in 1979 and held administrative leadership responsibilities as the company expanded.
Theresa Krejcarek, office manager at The Dramm Corp., will retire in May after 47 years with the Manitowoc, Wisconsin-based company.
Krejcarek began working at Dramm on May 21, 1979, while still in high school. She was hired by Kurt Dramm when the company had fewer than 10 employees. Her early duties included office work and occasional factory support.

She later became office manager, overseeing administrative operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable and office staff management. During her tenure, Dramm grew to more than 90 employees.
“I feel very blessed to have spent my career at the Dramm Corporation,” Krejcarek said. “I retire with a humble and grateful heart and wish the Dramm Corporation continued success for many years to come.”
In retirement, Krejcarek and her husband plan to spend time in the Northwoods of Wisconsin, travel and spend more time with family.
