TTA-ISO merger aims to advance horticultural automation
Two companies in horticultural technology, ISO Horti and TTA, have merged to form TTA-ISO, a company focused on advancing automation in global horticulture and food production.
The merger combines TTA’s expertise in transplanting and sorting solutions with ISO’s work in horticultural robotics and automation. The newly formed entity seeks to meet the growing demand for innovative solutions to address labor shortages, sustainability regulations, and quality control challenges in the horticultural industry.
TTA-ISO plans to expand into markets across the Americas, Middle East, and Oceania, with an eye on global food production, carbon, and fiber industries. The merger also strengthens the company’s R&D capabilities to bring more customized automation solutions to growers.
“The merger empowers us to help our customers push boundaries, transform their operations, and achieve the extraordinary,” said martin maasland, CEO of ISO. “We’re reducing waste and environmental impact—vital for the sector’s future.”
With support from Rabobank and shareholders, TTA-ISO is positioned to redefine the future of horticultural automation.
