UNH Poinsettia Trials Open House Dates SetSource: University of New Hampshire

The Macfarlane Research Greenhouses, a facility of the New Hampshire Agricultural Experiment Station at the University of New Hampshire, will host the 2015 Poinsettia Trials Open House Dec. 10 to Dec. 12, 2015.

Visitors to the free event, now in its 10th year, will enjoy more than 100 poinsettia varieties and assist in ongoing research.

The Poinsettia Trials is a collaborative event to bring research to breeders, growers and the public. This valuable information provides a basis for choosing the best cultivars for a particular growing environment and market.

The Poinsettia Trials Open House is at the Macfarlane Research Greenhouses at 13 Botanical Lane, Durham, New Hampshire, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
