Valent BioSciences’ Transit 500 earns TFI certification

The Fertilizer Institute (TFI) has granted a new Certified Biostimulant certification to Valent BioSciences for its Transit 500 biostimulant. This certification is part of TFI’s program ensuring biostimulants meet high standards for efficacy, safety and composition.

Transit 500, a liquid biostimulant, was designed to enhance plant stress tolerance, improve fertilizer efficiency and boost nutrient uptake, thus supporting healthier root and shoot growth.

The certification provides a special label indicating compliance with the U.S. Biostimulant Industry Guidelines.

“Biostimulant products like Transit 500 promote nutrient uptake and stress tolerance, vital for plant health. This certification helps growers confidently select high-quality solutions,” said Corey Rosenbusch, president and CEO for TFI, said.
