Waboost announced a rent-to-buy program for its nanobubble machines, aimed at greenhouse growers and controlled environment agriculture operators seeking lower upfront costs.

The program allows growers to rent Gea 1, 10 and 20 series units monthly while working toward ownership. Pricing can be found on the Waboost website. All plans include technical support and warranty coverage.

The company said the program is designed to expand access to nanobubble technology, which enhances irrigation by increasing oxygen availability in the root zone. For greenhouse and hydroponic systems, improved oxygen transfer can support root development, nutrient uptake and crop uniformity.

“Growers are under pressure to improve water efficiency and productivity while keeping costs down,” said Bostjan Veronik, CEO at Waboost. “Our Rent-to-Buy program gives them an option to experience the agronomic and sustainability benefits of nanobubbles without a large upfront capital investment.”

Nanobubble technology also helps reduce biofilm buildup and may lower chemical input needs, factors relevant to high-density greenhouse production and recirculating systems.
