  • Leading the development and implementation of solutions to improve product quality and operational efficiency within the production supply chain 
  • Conducting new product testing and production cost analysis to support commercialization
  • Cultivating continuous improvement culture and applying change management strategies to empower teams to create, collaborate and innovate

What led you to work in the horticulture industry? 

  • To grow a crop from start to finish knowing that the final product will bring joy to others in the form of a gift, hobby or beautiful landscape is what I love most about working in horticulture.

  • Co-workers
