Bailey announces new executive team changes
Bailey has appointed Tim Jacobson as chief human resources officer and Katie Huth as chief financial officer. Both leaders are expected to help shape the company’s future growth and strategy.
Terri McEnaney, chief executive officer of Bailey, said Jacobson and Huth’s experience aligns with the company’s vision. “Their external perspectives will bring fresh insights as we continue to honor our commitment to our customers, partners and employees,” McEnaney said.
Jacobson previously served as vice president of people and culture at a nonprofit organization and will focus on enhancing company culture and improving internal processes.
Huth, who brings experience from a multinational ag-tech company, steps in as John Bailey transitions to a new role as secretary-treasurer, focusing on long-term planning.
Both Jacobson and Huth will work out of the company’s headquarters in Minnesota.
